About the role
As a QAT Analyst within our Exam Assurance team, you will be responsible for embedding and assuring Quality Assurance and Testing (QAT) standards, practices and tooling across high-stakes delivery teams.
Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Solution Area teams and third-party delivery partners, you will act as a trusted advisor on quality, helping teams adopt consistent testing approaches, improve delivery outcomes and reduce risk.
You will play a central role in translating QA strategy into practical delivery activities, ensuring quality standards, governance requirements and modern testing practices are effectively embedded across both project and business-as-usual delivery.
Additional responsibilities and accountabilities:
Embed QAT strategy, standards and tooling within delivery teams.
Ensure consistent testing approaches across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and BAU activities.
Drive adoption of risk-based, shift-left and modern QA practices.
Support implementation of AI-enabled testing and test automation solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
Define, monitor and report on QA metrics and KPIs.
Provide insight into defects, quality trends, coverage gaps and delivery risks.
Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure alignment to QA standards and ways of working.
