Senior Business Analyst - Full-time Department: Digital, Data and Cloud Job Description You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team, working with Version 1's clients in the Public Sector. End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases. Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications. Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification documents. Stakeholder management across all levels from C-suite through to on-the-ground developers internally and with clients. Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release. Qualifications Business Analysis experience within a consultancy, services provider, or public sector organisation. Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping and documentation skills. Agile delivery experience and a working background within an Agile delivery team. Digital or application modernisation project experience. Experience in reviewing Functional Specification Documents produced by peers (peer review) to ensure alignment with Business Requirements Specification documents.
