About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a User Interface & User Experience Designer to play a pivotal role in implementing new, simple and compelling experiences online. As part of the Digital Design team, you ll be responsible for user journeys across our digital member and colleague facing platforms. You ll drive digital change and enhancements by having demonstrable experience of working within a design thinking framework, and have the ability to interpret data and research to help understand our users and their needs.You ll need to take complex propositions and find effective smart ways of using both existing website experiences, colleague experiences, and concepts to simplify the information into easy to understand journeys whilst ensuring strong accessibility and usability standards.You ll play a critical part in bringing fresh and challenging new ideas to the team that are relevant to moving the CBS digital platforms forward.About YouYou ll have experience and understanding of UX/UI design and be able to demonstrate this through a portfolio of deliveries from concept through to design. You ll communicate each stage clearly to stakeholders, utilising a variety of different methods. You ll have preferably worked within the financial services sector and have a good understanding of working with regulation and internal compliance teams.You ll be confident managing relationships and presenting to stakeholders, able to review analytics and data to support your analysis and have experience using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or equivalent.The closing date for applications is 18th August 2022
