Location: Birmingham (Snow Hill office base) Salary: £30,000-£38,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Draft representations for local plan consultations
• Research demographic trends and land supply
• Assist with evidence reports and client strategies

About You

• MRTPI (or working toward)
• Experience with policy-based planning
• Insight into regional planning frameworks and the NPPF
