Senior Marketing Executive

Our client is a specialist recruitment firm operating across life sciences, energy, and infrastructure sectors with offices in the UK and US. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to provide essential support during a key transition period in their marketing function.

The Role
This is a hands-on position for an experienced marketer who thrives in a Agile environment. You’ll manage a variety of marketing activities across their global business, ensuring precision and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce podcasts
• Create and manage social media content (especially LinkedIn)
• Design graphics and marketing materials
• Update and maintain the website via WordPress
• Operate and immprove HubSpot CRM
• Develop and edit marketing content
• Organise events and manage logistics
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across UK and US offices

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a marketing executive or similar role
• Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Podcast editing skills
• Strong content creation and social media management experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a professional, credible approach
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience in recruitment or professional services marketing
• Understanding of B2B marketing
