Senior Delivery Manager – Engagement Delivery
We are looking for a Senior Engagement Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery and governance of complex client engagements. You will take ownership of high profile programs and act as the senior escalation point across multiple workstreams.
The role blends hands on delivery leadership with assurance, risk management, and commercial accountability on pre contract delivery assurance, project pricing, bids etc.
Required Skills & Experience
- Program Manager/Delivery Lead with experience delivering business change and technology transformation within end clients
- Consultancy background with external client facing engagement management
- Experience owning governance, solution design, pricing projects, delivery documentation, SoWs, bids and proposals
- Pre sales/supporting pipeline
- Senior stakeholder management up to C suite
- Strong technology and business change experience
- Agile delivery and/or Product Management experience
- Insurance Market/Financial Services experience
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and commercially aware
