Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Canterbury
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading RIBA chartered architectural practice who offer a wide range of design services to the residential, commercial and heritage sectors. They are looking for and experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Canterbury studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
- Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong experience working on projects within the residential sector
- Strong experience working on RIBA stages 4 onwards
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Canterbury area
