An established and growing legal practice in Blackburn is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Training Manager to lead and develop its conveyancing training programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior conveyancing solicitor, fee earner or manager who is passionate about mentoring, compliance, and raising standards across a busy residential property department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and manage a structured training programme for residential conveyancing staff
  • Deliver technical training on all aspects of the conveyancing process (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, leasehold matters)
  • Monitor file quality and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support fee earners with complex technical queries
  • Develop onboarding and progression pathways for junior staff
  • Work closely with senior management to drive performance and best practice

The Successful Candidate will ideally have:

  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of the full conveyancing lifecycle
  • Previous training, mentoring, or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk management
