About the Role
As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner / Room Leader, you will:

Support children’s development and wellbeing following EYFS standards
-
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities indoors and outdoors
-
Lead and support staff in your room
-
Build positive relationships with children and families
Requirements
-
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (DfE recognised)
-
At least 1 year of experience in childcare
-
Leadership experience a plus
-
Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
