Our client is a reputable supplier operating within the fashion industry. They are a medium-sized company with a focus on retail and are known for their innovative and trend led jersey and woven fashion.
Description
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for retail projects.
- Gather inspiration from trips across the UK and globally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality visuals and samples for presentations and approvals.
- Maintain consistency across all design outputs within the department.
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
- Manage multiple design projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers when needed.
Profile
A successful Senior Designer should have:
- 7+ years working with a supplier (preferably) to UK high street brands.
- Experience in jerseywear is a must, and casual wovens graphic direction would be a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in retail design within the fashion industry.
- Ideally experience working with Bangladesh.
- An eye for detail and a creative mindset to produce compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
- The ability to manage workloads and deliver projects on time.
