What you will do
- Own recruitment for key roles, either directly or via agencies/tools
- Run core HR processes: onboarding, performance, feedback, and policies
- Advise managers and leadership on organisational design and people issues
The ideal candidate
- 4+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Proven experience building or scaling teams in high growth environments
- Strong communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills
