My manufacturing client based in Bradford is looking for a creative graphic designer with a track record for excellent design who is passionate about building brands and storytelling. You will be a dynamic designer able to create designs for the full channel mix. Comfortable leading design projects, you will bring innovative ideas to the table with the ability to work independently, have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy working in a small busy team. Please ensure the role is 100% office-based in Bradford.Main Responsibilities As Creative Graphic Designer, you will support the business in the acquisition and retention of customers and sales using a multichannel and multifaceted approach. Projects will range from brand development, literature, vehicle livery, exhibitions, imagery, infographics as well as digital designs and videos for social, web and email for each of their brands. You will:o Take responsibility for the creation of artwork, graphics and videos to support marketing and communication strategies and in line with brand guidelines.o Engage in idea generation across all marketing and communications activities.o Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure high quality assets are delivered on time and on budget.o Take pride in your work and have an exceptional eye for detail.o Work closely with colleagues to understand their requirements.o Be willing to go above and beyond to achieve the highest standards of design.o Provide support at events and with other marketing activities as required.o Implement and maintain company Health and Safety policy and procedures. Skills and Experienceo Desirable – a degree or equivalent in graphic design with at least 3 years of traditional and digital design experience.o Any photography experience would be advantageous.o A self-starter, able to demonstrate creative and strategic thinking, and not afraid to challenge existing ways of working.o Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity and experience to meet our requirements (this must be submitted with all applications to be considered).o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.o Exceptional eye for detail.o Proven ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve desired results.o A team player who can multi-task with excellent planning, organisation, and project management skills and able to manage own workloads to meet deadlines.o Punctual, proactive, enthusiastic and professional.o Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.o Keen to continue learning.o Previous experience working in food manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.o Any extra skills such as motion graphics will be looked at favourablyBenefits28 days basic holiday Discounted productsCompany eventsFree on-site parking Casual Fridays and an early finish Company pension
