A growing digital first organisation is seeking a midweight Designer to support campaign delivery and online growth.

This role is focused on clarity, usability and performance rather than purely conceptual brand work.

The role

• Design digital assets for paid media, social and CRM campaigns
• Create landing page layouts and website components in Figma
• Support UX improvements through clear hierarchy and accessible design
• Produce occasional print and event materials
• Work closely with copy and digital teams to deliver campaigns efficiently

About you

• Strong digital design experience
• Good understanding of layout, typography and conversion focused design
• Able to work quickly while maintaining quality
• Pragmatic and commercially minded
