If you ve ever looked at a pack on shelf and thought, that could ve been done better this might be for you.
This isn t a role where you just tweak artwork and pass it along.
You ll be right in the middle of it fixing problems on site, getting new products over the line, and making sure packaging actually works in the real world not just on a spec sheet.
You ll be:
- Managing packaging development from concept through to launch
- Working closely with design agencies on artwork, reprographics and print quality
- Leading packaging trials and supporting product launches
- Troubleshooting issues on site with QA and Operations
- Managing packaging specs, compliance and ensuring everything is fit for purpose
- Driving cost-saving and improvement projects without cutting corners
- Building strong relationships with suppliers to stay ahead of trends
What they re looking for
- Solid experience in NPD packaging within food manufacturing
- Someone who understands materials, films, and how packaging behaves in production
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with pretty much every department
- A problem-solver not someone who escalates everything at the first hurdle
- Ideally degree-qualified with a packaging or food-related background
