The company: An award winning manufacturer who design and supply equipment on a global scale
Main duties: Provide export sales coordination and excellent customer support by managing orders, processing quotations and supporting the export sales team
The role:
– Prepare customer quotations ensuring customers have all details required and following up where needed
– Ensure records are maintained and recorded accurately
– Be responsible for processing all orders ensuring high attention to detail
– Coordinate export inbox communications
– Liaise with internal teams following up on lead time and stock
– Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently
– Handle invoicing, credit notes, transfer orders as well as freight and shipments
– Reporting as needed
The candidate:
– Export sales or customer service experience
– German language skills a plus but not a requirement
– Excellent communication skills prioritising customer support
– Positive, proactive and able to work as part of a team
– IT literate
