Just Recruitment is working with a well-established business based near Colchester looking for a Research & Development Assistant to join their busy studio.
You will play a key role in supporting the studio’s day-to-day operations, helping to manage workload priorities while contributing creatively to projects from concept through to installation.
Duties include:
Organising and prioritising daily studio workload
Researching concepts and developing creative ideas
Creating mood boards and design presentations
Producing artwork using Adobe Creative Suite
Supporting the team with general studio coordination
Skills & Experience Required:
A strong interest and background in art/graphics
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Confident using Microsoft Office software
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to work independently and use initiative
Own transport essential due to location
