Salary: 34,000 – 40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer expert design services to commercial, residential, and education projects. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Bury.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Lead and deliver on a range of residential and commercial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bury area
