Our client is a well-established aluminium fabrication business based in Ellesmere Port and is seeking an experienced Aluminium Factory Manager to lead and oversee production operations.

This is a hands-on management role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience within aluminium fabrication and glazing systems.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production output

• Manage and lead a shop floor team of approximately 17 operatives

• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines are met

• Supervise fabrication of Windows, Doors, and Curtain Wall systems

• Work closely with senior fabrication staff and technical teams

• Implement and improve production processes and efficiencies

• Ensure health & safety compliance across the factory

• Liaise with management, suppliers, and project teams as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Factory Manager / Production Manager role within aluminium fabrication

• Strong background in windows, doors, and curtain wall systems

• Experience managing shop floor teams and senior fabricators

• Good technical knowledge and ability to read and interpret drawings

• Confident using technical systems and Windows-based software

• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
