SAP SuccessFactors Programme Director – Outside IR35 – Coleshill
TalentBank Technology is partnering with a leading organisation to engage a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Programme Director to provide executive-level leadership for a major HRIS transformation. This role carries full end-to-end accountability for the delivery of a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation, operating at the heart of the organisation’s digital HR strategy.
This is a senior, outcome-focused contract role requiring strong on-site leadership in Coleshill (four days per week). You will work directly with executive sponsors, HR and IT leadership, systems integrators, and delivery partners to ensure the programme delivers tangible business value and sustained adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold single-point accountability for end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors programme.
- Provide programme-level leadership across design, build, test, deployment, and hyper-care phases.
- Establish and lead programme governance, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
- Own programme planning, critical path management, and delivery assurance across all workstreams.
- Act as the senior escalation authority for delivery risk, scope, integration, and change impacts.
- Lead and direct cross-functional delivery teams, including systems integrators and change resources.
- Drive go-live readiness, stabilisation, and transition to BAU.
Required Experience
- Proven experience operating at Programme Director or senior Programme Lead level on large-scale HRIS or ERP programmes.
- Demonstrable leadership of SAP SuccessFactors implementations delivered across multiple phases.
- Strong background in programme governance, scope control, and delivery assurance.
- Advanced capability in risk, issue, and dependency management within complex transformations.
- Deep understanding of Tier 1 HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors implementation life cycles and integrations.
- Track record of engaging and influencing C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to align technology delivery with HR process and operating-model transformation.
