We’re seeking a OneStream Administrator to join a Global Business with headquarters in the UK. This individual will on the maintenance, enhancement and development of the OneStream platform.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the architecture, design, and lead the deployment of future enhancements to the OneStream solution to meet the business requirements.
• Take full ownership of the administration and operation of the application, supporting the businesses ongoing requirements.
• For enhancement projects, establish the requirements, milestones and ensure successful project delivery in order to maximise value from the application.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the OneStream platform to ensure our client remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

Skills required:

• Proven track record of successfully leading the administration and projects for enhancement of the OneStream application end to end
• Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple geographical locations.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic growth environment.

Bonus points if you have:

• OneStream certification
• Proficiency with Business rules, Calc Scrips
• Hands on knowledge with ERP application such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite, Dynamics 365 to name a few
• Experience with SQL Server/Oracle databases
• VB.NET, C# programming skills
• HFM, Hyperion background would be great
