Job Description
BPO Wizard is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Videographer to join our team. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and love creating engaging, high-quality content, we’d love to hear from you.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content including reels, promos, ads, and brand videos
- Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and effects to enhance viewer engagement
- Work with creative teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life visually
- Use templates and streamline workflows to ensure efficiency across projects
- Color grade footage, apply sound design, and ensure brand consistency in all output
- Collaborate in shoots, using full-frame cameras to capture professional-quality footage
- Maintain organized project files, media assets, and backups
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing tools, and social media best practices
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing
- Solid understanding of color correction, sound design, and typography
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling
