Salary: 35,000 – 42,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered Architectural practice who offer a wide range of design services to the commercial and residential sector. They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Wansford.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Provide architectural design services and project management to projects within the residential and commercial sector
• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
• Job running experience
• Working knowledge of UK Building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Wansford area
