Full Stack Developer- 6 months – Manchester- Inside IR35

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our business-focused IT team and help deliver new solutions. You will review requirements, translate them into technical specs, support user testing, and provide 3rd-line support. you’ll contribute to best-practice solution design, follow coding and documentation standards, and take part in peer reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities include being part of a business-facing IT team to deliver new solutions to the business.
• You will understand and review functional specifications, translate them into program specifications, liaise with end users for user acceptance testing, and provide 3rd-line support as required.
• You will build thought leadership and expertise around best-practice solution design and implementation.
• You are expected to comply with defined code and documentation standards, including participating in peer reviews.
• You should be a self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects while balancing competing business demands and priorities.
• You will bring a DevOps and Agile mindset with a great attitude toward getting involved and learning.
• You should take pride in writing high-quality code and keeping the client experience central to everything you do.
• You will work collaboratively within and across teams.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Strong work experience working in a similar industry Finance, Wealth Management or Asset Management
• Experience in TDD and working on enterprise Angular applications. Anything above Angular 12+ or similar.
• Good knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful API implementation and open-source frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and writing responsive websites.
• Good exposure of AWS technology stacks for serverless applications, Step Functions/Workflows, Lambdas, S3 bucket, DynamoDB.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Day Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Manchester – 3 days
• Start Date: ASAP
