The role would be ideal for an experienced UX UI Designer who will be responsible for defining and delivering the entire customer experience, design and interface across our key customer touchpoints, our mobile app and customer account web-portal.The UI UX Designer can expect to:Managing and being responsible for the design and new features development roadmap, working with various teams to develop ideas addressing customer and business needsCollaborate with the Solutions Manager to define the best user experience and solutions, working with the Digital Marketing team to ensure design consistency with our brandCreate personas, user journeys, wireframes, conceptual ideas, and interactive prototypes to help deliver engaging experiences to our customersUtilities different research methods and obtain diverse inputs e.g., product, market analysis, customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings, to identify and define new concepts and solutions to customer problemsEnsure optimisation of our new existing solutions, to ensure effective and enjoyable use by our customersBringing UX best practices and methodologies to all projectsThe UI UX Designer Role experience required (Even if you don t have all the skills and experience, the company is still keen to speak to experienced UI UX Designers):
- 3+ years as a UX UI Designer on end customer mobile/web applications
- Portfolio of design projects (This must be presented to the Client)
- Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc or InVision
- Be able to pick up the understanding of products
- Committed to quality and best practice, with a sharp eye for detail
- Well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight timescales and changing priorities
- Exceptional communicator, who can articulate key concepts in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users
