Fruition IT are recruiting for a rapidly growing business in the technology space, and a company that truly sells themselves. Based in Leeds, they are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, helping them to deliver high-quality products and services to their customers.

You will drive the direction of User-Centred Design (UCD) across both web and mobile devices, with a focus on usability and accessibility.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape the future of this platform, working within a new team and taking a senior approach, working with stakeholders to bring in UX early.

UX/UI Designer – Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience across UI Design, from concept to live
• Creation of UX prototypes
• Breadth of design tool experience – Figma/Sketch etc.
• Experience working on designing customer facing websites and mobile apps
• The ability to turn complex requirements into simple, clear interactions and interfaces
• Handover documentation for tech and dev teams
• Speed in producing and validating ideas through iterative design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This role will suit somebody with a strong/keen interest in Sports, namely Football, NFL, NBA etc.
