The Opportunity:

As a User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designer, you’ll collaborate with various teams, working with some of the world’s largest companies. You’ll hone your skills under the mentorship of an award-winning Digital Creative Director, with the potential to run your own small UX or UI projects within a year.

Responsibilities:

Conduct competitor and lateral research to inform design decisions.
Support discovery sessions and prepare materials.
Analyze user research data to guide design choices.
Create wireframes and sitemaps.
Design UI interfaces that are visually creative and adhere to best practices.
Maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
Develop and curate content assets like icons, illustrations, and brand graphics.
Suggest and implement improvements for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of agency experience in UX and UI design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating research, idea development, execution, and iteration.
Passion for experience design and its impact on users.
Excellent collaboration and networking skills.
Strong attention to detail in wireframes, information architecture, and interface design.
Experience with Agile methodology, Figma, and Jira.
Animation skills and knowledge of 3D or motion packages are a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality on highly sensitive projects.
Thrives in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
