Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Newcastle or London)

Salary: 35,000 per annum

Forsyth Barnes has partnered with a leading printing services business to find a talented UX Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of user experience within the printing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and requirements.
• Conduct internal UX/UI workshops to gather insights and align objectives.
• Design low and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Develop wireframes and customer journey flows to visualize design concepts.
• Present design solutions and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure high-quality user experience across mobile and web platforms.
• Work within agreed project schedules and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and UX methodologies.
• Work independently and collaboratively within an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Miro.
• Experience creating wireframes and customer journey flows.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work.
