An experienced UX Designer is needed to join an organization producing a popular SaaS ticketing tool. Used by clients across a wide range of industries, it is essential that this product has excellent usability and functionality, which is why this role is so impportant! As the first UX Designer, you will have ownership over the user experience of this product and will help push UX thinking forward in the organisation.What you’ll be doingJoining the digital team, and working alongside a team of UI/visual designers, you will be carrying out research and shaping user journeys to maximise experience and conversion rates. With a background focusing on the problem-solving and data-driven side of UX and Product Design, you will push the team to make improvements and help to improve UX Maturity within a growing organisation.Understanding how to design for complex SaaS products would be a great skill to have for this role, as would a good understanding of conversion rates and analytics. This role will be primarily focused on web products, and will have flexibility to propose ideas and shape design thinking going forward.What experience you’ll need to apply
- Strong experience as a UX designer working independently and shaping design thinking.
- Qualitative and quantitative user research experience.
- Experience wireframing and prototyping, and ability to use tools like Figma and the Adobe suite of products.
- Some understanding of analytics tools and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
- (Desirable) experience working on SaaS tools.
