CX Squared are partnered with a growing PropTech and online SAAS product, who is doing ambitious and innovating the auctioneering game in Birmingham. This is an internal Social Media Manager role, NOT agency.

They are growing their digital and engineering team and are looking for an experienced UX Designer who would like the opportunity to get creative and have the freedom to bring in their usability expertise to the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will work collaboratively to plan, wireframe, and design a wide range of mobile app and online portal projects.
  • The company codes up designs using React and React Native. To be considered, you do not need to program; however, you will need to consider the technical trade-offs or limitations of any UI designs you create and liaise with the development team where appropriate.
  • You will also be involved in the quality assurance process relating to your designs, supporting developers with feedback to ensure that the end-product looks and functions as you expect.

Ideally you will have some or all of the following skills:

  • Have exceptional communication skills, able to listen to customer requirements and communicate options to them considering their needs.
  • Design Mobile Friendly & Future Proof Applications
  • Experience liaising with customers to understand requirements.
  • Have good organisation and time management abilities
  • To be able to show a portfolio of your existing works or design concepts.
  • Have a basic working understanding of how the graphics process contributes to the wider
  • project management functions.
  • Understand the principles of UX Design Psychology and reflect these in your work.
  • Understand both mobile first and responsive design patterns.
  • Be familiar with the basics of the ‘Minimum Viable Product’ concept which applies to
  • product design and development, including its impact on customer budgets
  • If you have the above experience and want to be in the driving seat of this high-profile UX/UI project across the business this could be a great opening for you.

IF you would like to be part of a business that has grown from 7 – 21 in the last 12 months, where you’ll have creative freedom both at strategic and team level, then drop Dan Rodrigues a call for a confidential conversation.
