UX Copywriter/Product Designer

Our leading personal banking client with close to a billion pounds in revenue and over 3 million customers is looking for a UX Copywriter-Product designer to join their team.

Salary: £68k

Fully Remote

The Customer Experience Design team sit within the Analysis and Design area of the business. As a content UX Product Designer you will be working on customer’s journeys and will be achieving this by collaborating with Product Designers and other stakeholders within the bank to ensure the content is aligned with their brand. You will be responsible for running workshops, working closely with stakeholders, content testing and other user studies. You will be working with designers and cross-functional teammates to design content and transforming legal copy.

Key Requirements:

• Copywriter/Content designer experience for channels such as apps, websites, emails and articles
• Extensive experience writing and editing content
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Content Strategy principles and tools
• Experienced presenting finidings to stakeholders
• Portfolio of writing samples

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UI design
• Design tool skills e.g. Sketch, Figma
