Job Summary

In this influential role as UI/UX Designer of Body Collective, you will lead, invent and design compelling and pleasing customer experiences for a range of products, delivered across multiple platforms. We ll look for you to define and extend the UX designs of products, working closely with product owners, researchers, and customer success teams. You ll enjoy a varied and extensive breadth of work and you ll gain valuable exposure across a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders to develop and own the delivery of user-centred solutions
  • Develop storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate and design ideas for strategic projects and product developments
  • Participating in user research and leveraging user analytics to gauge the usability of new and existing products/features, with the ability to analyse and predict user behaviour
  • You ll also use inputs from multiple sources to understand and empathise with customers and team members’ needs, to create effective and innovative customer and user journeys
  • Participating in sprint and iteration planning, refinement, retrospectives, and iteration reviews
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to help understand and define customer value
  • Design and test UI elements such as menus, CTAs, banners, page layouts, flows and landing pages on web and mobile platforms

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you ll need to hold a portfolio that demonstrates creative and analytical thinking and the delivery of effective UX solutions. We ll also look for you to have experience in supporting user-centred design (UCD) processes and creating materials to support effective user testing and concept communication. What s more, you ll have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

You ll also need:

  • Proven track record within UX/UI Visual Design
  • Experience in designing digital products such as interactive, digital, graphic designer
  • A/B testing experience
  • Experience ensuring all designs are aesthetically excellent and accessibility compliant
  • Track record transforming business requirements, data points and user needs into creative solutions that meet the strategic goal
  • Experience working with Agile delivery methods and teams
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives
