Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: UK candidates only – Largely remote (UX Research Lab is based in London)

James Adams has partnered with a fast-growing Customer Experience Agency, working with clients such as Samsung and Amazon, with their own dedicated UX Research lab / Research function. Our customer is looking to hire a UX/UI Designer.

As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for producing outstanding design solutions and will focus on design projects, alongside presenting your design process to clients and providing relevant evidence in line with your ideas.

The successful candidate will have passion and knowledge of both UX/UI design, experience working with senior stakeholders and effectively presenting design thinking and rationale.

This role would be ideal if you have the following experience:

• Experience of working within an agency (Desirable if you have agency experience or contracting freelance experience)
• Experience working with desktop, mobile and tablet website/apps
• Experience sketching, wire framing and prototyping
• Experience working with Sigma
• Having a strong UX focus and understanding of customer behaviour
• Ability to engage and present confidently
