We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join a forward-thinking tech company that values innovation, creativity, and user-centred design. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience across their platforms, contributing to the success of digital products that impact a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the design of engaging and visually compelling user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and marketers, to create seamless user experiences.

– Take ownership of end-to-end design processes: from ideation and wireframing to prototyping, user testing and final delivery.

– Ensure consistency in design and branding across all digital touchpoints.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and drive the adoption of new techniques and technologies.

– Contribute to design systems and guidelines to streamline processes and ensure scalability.

– Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.

– Advocate for the user, providing insight and data-driven recommendations to optimize the user journey and overall experience.

Skills & Experience:

– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work (including web and mobile applications).

– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD

– Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

– Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and conducting user testing.

– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices (ideally, but not essential).

– Familiarity with Agile methodologies

– A solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
