About the team

The E-Commerce Campaign Team is the core team to support the prosperity and development of local e-commerce business in the UK. As the integrated resource team, the Campaign Team will be responsible for leading the local business team and XFN teams in the UK local e-commerce campaign activities, such as Black Friday, Valentine’s Day and other exciting local online campaigns. In the campaign team you will have the opportunity to experience multi-departmental collaboration, take on challenging projects and complete them with a sense of accomplishment.

-Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as core lever towards the growth of the UK TikTok Shop, be the key stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects, from strategy through to execution under the campaign lead, optimize efficiency and drive execution

-Execute and follow a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and ROI

-Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities

-Support strategic projects to drive platform growth, including GMV, seller program adoption rate and other key metrics with cross-functional partners such as marketing, seller management, and operations

-Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal AMs, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams (e.g. Marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team etc etc) for campaign creation and optimization

-Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns


Qualifications

-Relevant experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies

-Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape

-Excellent project management skill and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills

-Strong stress management and time management skills, can always task prioritize and deliver results efficiently.

-Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, results and goal-oriented with commercial experience

-Proficiency in English is required
