Product teams aim for customer experience excellence every time and use agile methodologies to align and meet the needs of customers across all areas of this fast paced and varied global brand. Looking for a Senior UX Designer – someone excited about human centred principles and best practices, focussed on customer needs, and creating seamless experiences that engage and delight customers.

This is a chance for you to drive product design forward aligning with the product roadmap, whilst continuously improving customer experiences and solving real problems defined by qualitative and quantitative data by you and larger support group. If you are looking to establish yourself as a design leader, mentoring more junior members of the team.

Your portfolio needs to demonstrate evidence of your understanding of Human Centred Design methodologies for both Web and Native. You’ll ideally bring experience in a similar global sports, betting, gaming, media, entertainment or E-commerce company. You’ll need to be an expert at working within a design system and utilising pattern libraries for speed and efficiency, whilst also contributing to this system. You’ll have the confidence to analyse evidence and knowledge of user behaviours and needs to define product and experience strategies.

• Prototyping
• Usability testing
• UX wireframes
• Be confident working within the agile scrum framework to ensure the smooth partnership to communicate deliverables

We engage our stakeholders and customers at every point of the design journey, you’ll partner with product management, development and design ensuring that the delivery teams are clear about objectives and missions. You’ll interpret briefs and requirements into user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria for clarity between yourself and product owners.
