Senior UX Designer (Product Designer). Are you looking for an impactful Senior UX Designer role where you’ll be responsible for building out a successful team around you? Do you want to bring your own ideas to the table and have an influence on UX tool and technology choices? You could be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking global E-commerce within the travel agency space.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will design exceptional UX solutions that add value for customers and encourage growth for the business. Upon joining the team, you will be responsible for hiring two mid-level UX Designers to work alongside you and will each take ownership of part of the website ensuring that seamless customer journeys are created. A typical day for you will involve mapping and defining the strategic end-to-end customer experience, overseeing research, usability studies, testing plans, and iterative delivery of design, mentoring your team, and communicating best UX practises.

Based in South-west London / Surrey, you will be working in a friendly and informal team environment. You will be able to work remotely 3 – 4 days a week.

Requirements:

A talented UX Designer who has delivered exceptional UX solutions to increase user numbers and business growth Previous experience running UX projects across the full lifecycle from design through to delivery Experience working in an E-commerce or retail environment working on UX elements of websites with a large customer base Previous experience using a range of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Framer Excellent communication and collaboration skills
