Senior Product Designer – UX/UI

La Fosse are working with a leading British publishing business, who have offices in over 43 countries, who are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to join their central product and design team delivering user-centric digital products and services

This role will be 3-6 months, outside IR35, and will be based fully remote, although being able to visit their London HQ 1-2 time per month would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• Web design and mobile app design
• Creating online user journeys in the media/event space
• The ability to strip back and simplify complicated user processes
• Carry out usability testing and design development
• Working with 3rd party off-shore designers
• Migrating brands onto new platforms
• Design new user experiences using user insights
• Working in a design team and producing shared products
• Experience with software/tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Miro, Mural, Jira & Confluence and Microsoft suite
• Basic understanding or CSS and HTML
• Experienced in working in cross-functional lean and agile environments and be able to understand and interpret requirements
• Can create, prepare, lead and facilitate workshops of different formats to ensure full collaboration with the stakeholder
