Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with proven experience designing digital products and a strong focus on the full product design lifecycle. You will join one of our product teams, a cross-functional team creating an innovative and best in-class experience on desktop across different products included in the use case. You will also be part of the larger design organisation and 250+ people R&D department. This means you ll get to interact with and learn from experienced colleagues from engineering, product, and design alike. As a Senior Product Designer, you will help define the product strategy and assure a strong user experience by collaborating with our researchers and making informed decisions based on design principles.
You must:

• Have at least 5 years aggregated commercial experience working as a Product Designer on digital products (web apps/SaaS preferred over mobile/native)
• Present a portfolio during your interview that demonstrates excellence in your craft and shows us your process of translating outcomes into outputs
• Be able to design and deliver consistently brilliant and delightful product experiences within a cross-functional team
• Have the experience and soft-skills to establish and evolve effective design practice within your work contexts
• Know how to plan your work, set expectations correctly and delegate where necessary
• Be able to distil and translate complex requirements into modern, accessible and inviting experiences
• Have experience of planning and conducting user research to support and enable the design process

You might:

• Have deeper experience in UX Research tools and techniques (generative and evaluative, quant and qual)
• Specialise in one or more aspects of design (e.g. strategy/planning, structure/IA, IXD, UI…)
• Have a passion for data visualisation
• Have designed and tested information dashboards before
• Have experience designing for mobile contexts
• Document and communicate your work efficiently and effectively to a variety of stakeholders and colleagues from juniors through to execs
• Understand and be conversant with core visual design principles
• Have experience of working with design systems
