An Award-Winning design practice is searching for a Senior Town Planner to join their ever-growing team, based in Aberdeenshire. Within this role, you will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of talented architects, urban designers, and master planners on some of the UKs largest projects from commercial and educational sectors to residential and leisure.

On offer, within this role, is the opportunity to manage and motivate teams working on small to large scale projects, whilst undertaking research and analysis of sites and liaising with internal team members and external clients. Alongside this, you will play a part in the growth of the business, by establishing and utilising existing network avenues, whilst building rapport.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A relevant RTPI Accredited Masters
• RTPI Chartership – or actively working towards their chartership
• Planning experience is essential, with experience in the private sector being useful
