We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Game Developer to join an iGaming studio based in Staffordshire.BENEFITS; Basic salary between £50K-£65K depending on experience, flexible working hours and hybrid working, 25 days holiday, restaurant and pool table on-site, pension and much more. We are looking for a JavaScript Game Developer that has experience with creating games within the iGaming sector. We need a Game Developer that has experience with JavaScript and ideally used PixiJS or Phaser. You will be working on developing interactive slot games that run on a variety of mobile devices and browsers.The company is one of the UK’s leading independent creators and designers of digital gaming content and produces games for a large number of well-known companies.As this is a senior role and will require supporting more junior members of the team they are looking for someone to work from the studio at least once or twice a week. Their head office is based in Staffordshire.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Gaming/Gambling industry creating games
• Experience with JavaScript fundamentals and advanced techniques
• Experience with WebGL or frameworks such as Pixi or Phaser
• Experience with cross mobile/browser compatibility
• Strong understanding of version control (Git/SVN)

Nice to have skills:

• Exposure to Test Driven Development
• Exposure to back end technologies (ideally NodeJS)
• Exposure to build tools and scripting
