Salary: 35-45k DOE
Day to Day of the Role:
- Develop creative concepts for marketing materials across digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design consistency.
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
- Enhance brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of our visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Over five years of experience in the design industry, with a diverse portfolio showcasing this.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and web design tools like Sketch and Figma.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as HubSpot, DotDigital, Asana, Jira, and Wrike.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Expertise in brand management, with a solid understanding of design principles.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering within budget.
- Passion for creating user-centered designs that are visually compelling and functionally effective.
