Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our small but tight knit team of 6. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proficiency at learning new things and the ability to work hard in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for managing tasks such as content, testing, client meetings and Clickup workspace management to ensure that we are hitting goals and deadlines.

Location: Warwick, UK (In-office presence required at least once every 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of product and website products.

2.Ability to act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes to scope or timelines.

3.Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers and team members.

4.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and client services.

5.Organize and lead regular project meetings, ensuring that action items are documented and followed up on.

6.Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.

7.Support project managers in managing client expectations and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

8.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

9.Keep our project software (Clickup) up to date and accurate

10.Test websites and products internally and provide feedback and amends before sending to client.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within a digital agency or software development environment.

2.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

3.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

5.Proficiency in project management software (we use Clickup) and Microsoft Office suite.

6.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

7.Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
