• £65,000 (DOE) (25 days holiday + bank holidays, remote work, hybrid working, tech training)

This is an opportunity for several Senior Developers to join a high-growth software company on a remote-first basis. Following recent investment and having acquired several businesses, this team are scaling massively. The Software Engineering Manager has an ambitious growth plan and there are several roles available for Open Source enthusiasts!

The role

As the Senior Developer, you will enhance the current Order Management System and work across a variety of Greenfield projects. The team are currently working on complex, enterprise level systems with microservice architecture, distributed systems, internal APIs and message queues. Day-to-day you will add new features and improvements to the platform, whilst adopting best practices. You will work within a cross-functional team of product owners, technical architects, engineering managers and designers. Everyone within the team will have dedicated time to continuous professional development, research new and emerging technologies and ways to improve the products.

The Senior Developer’s technical skills

• An OpenSource stack
• PHP
• NGinx
• MySQL
• AWS S3, Docker, Elastic Search (Desirable)

They have recently merged with 2 other large scale software companies and as such, they have created a leading group that specialises in E-Commerce products. They currently have over 300 customers who use their products and this year has seen the biggest growth to date.
