A highly regarded organisation based in East Kent that develops, manufactures, and supplies for a global market, offering a collection of truly iconic brands.

They are looking for a passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join their growing creative content team. As part of the creative team, you will create video content and various design assets for use across a variety of media, including social media, digital boards and online.

You will work with a team of creative professionals, support company goals and media initiatives, so a collaborative mindset is essential.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in a variety of Adobe products, including Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.

General duties to include:

• Create visually stunning video and digital content assets
• Collaborate with Head of Creative Content and Advertising and other teams to best support larger media, community and advertising goals
• Take the initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative ideas
• Adhere to brief guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
• Create graphic templates for use by other team members

Key Skills and Experience:

• Superb knowledge of Adobe Suite and motion graphics design software
• A strong portfolio of motion graphics work
• Experience with animation
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube
• Experience with Digital Board advertising a plus
• A positive outlook and desire to work hard but have fun doing so
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
