Central Employment are delighted to be working with a market leading manufacturing organisation, a specialist in automotive parts to the Fleet, Leasing and Rental sector. Due to expansion within their in-house Marketing team, they are looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer, working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager. Teesside based + hybrid working options Up to £35,000 DOE + quality of portfolio Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of images, videos, animations and design material to support all marketing and communication activities.
  • Create visually appealing and on brand content for various marketing and communication materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects, always taking consideration of both the organisations and partnership guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to produce compelling visuals and content for campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for new content, existing content and partnership marketing.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and videos for promotional purposes, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Produce engaging multimedia content, including but not limited to animations and infographics.
  • Ensure all media production aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
  • Create and maintain material, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
  • Support product marketing by developing product documents and specification sheets.
  • Ensure all necessary marketing collateral is accurate, up to date and meets brand guidelines.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar graphic design role, ideally within a product led organisation
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
