A market leading financial client based in London require an accomplished Lead Service Designer to join them for an exciting and challenging engagement.

Job Title: Lead Service Designer
Duration: 6 months fixed term assignment
Location: London (2 days week on site)
Start: Immediately
Salary: Circa 100k/Annum
Looking for an experienced Service Designer to join our Digital Devices lab. Pivotal point of evolving digital experience, and the services look after crucial to enabling customers to get the most from their online and mobile banking.
Experience and skills Required:
- Design community to share knowledge, create ideas, and embed principles of design across a range of product, service and customer journeys.
- Customer journey mapping, Service blueprinting, Creative workshop facilitation, Co-creation, Storyboarding, Service safari, Persona development, Interviews and Diary studies.
- Researching and documenting current state services and experiences, and prototyping future state services.
- Leading others to make good experience design decisions, bringing the user perspective to the forefront and challenging the validity of constraints.
- Experienced within Agile and Figma is essential.
- Working closely with data and design analysts to define metrics to measure the outcome and customer impact of our designs, and then using these insights to inform the continuous improvement of our propositions.
