We primarily work in Elixir, using LiveView for the bulk of our front-end interactivity. We re one of the first blockchain companies to be pushing the LiveView approach and expect to publish some very fun work!

You ll have direct experience in architecting and shipping production applications as a senior developer and/or in a leadership role. It s likely you ll have around 5-8 years of experience but we re flexible on this.

We are a small team focussed on shipping, so this role is very hands-on. You ll spend roughly 50% of your time on IC development, 25% working with product and design teams to convert ideas into plans for coding, and 25% supporting the team with code reviews, mentoring, etc.

Responsibilities:

– Undra is an innovative blockchain MMO, focussing on rich storyline-driven gameplay with rogue like elements. It s being built by a small but seasoned UK team, trying to improve Web3 gaming for mainstream gamers.

We re looking for a Tech Lead, who will be responsible for advancing our roadmap as well as managing, mentoring and growing our team of developers (currently 1 junior, 1 mid, 1 senior, and we would like to roughly double that over the next year).

We believe strongly in supporting our team s career growth. You ll mentor, pair and help them successfully move along their career path here at Studio Decent

This role is perfect for a product-minded developer with an interest in game development. Or one who wants to step up into a more senior role.

As our Tech Lead, you ll also work closely with our game designers to create technical specs, turning game feature plans into workable tickets and supporting the team to work through these.
