About The RoleWe are on the lookout for a Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join our talented Design team.Working as part of a small team every day will be different and you ll be able to get involved in everything from TV & Cinema ads, to VR & 360 experiences, online content and events visuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion for design to play an instrumental role in shaping the quality of our Design work and helping us to consistently create a ‘wow experience for our clients. • Developing inspiring video assets for our clients
• Producing story-based motion graphics and illustrations
• Presenting concepts/designs to clients with impact
• Delivering quality execution of design work to deadlines, often on tight timescales
• Collaborating and learn from the wider Design & Creative team
• Challenge the Creative team and clients by keeping up to date on the latest trends, innovations and progressions in the design sector and looking to integrate these into our work where possible

What We Are Looking For

• Proven work experience in a similar role with a portfolio of high quality design projects
• Experience in 2D and 3D, After Effects, C4D, photoshop, illustrator and Premiere is ideal
• Experience in crafting responses to briefs and pitches that push design boundaries and deliver a ‘wow experience for clients
• Experience working to meet tight deadlines
• Solutions focused attitude to briefs and challenges
• Confident in organising own workload and prioritising tasks and projects
• Confident in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and in presenting ideas with impact
• A positive and pro-active team player
• Passion for design and an enthusiasm to keep up to date with new emerging trends and to share these with the wider team
