Job Title: Junior DesignerLocation: Nottingham (Onsite)Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

Our client is seeking a Junior Designer to join their creative team, who will be responsible for the creative design, development and delivery of a variety of marketing collateral and campaigns.

Responsibilities: Designing graphics, layouts and visuals to support marketing campaigns Working alongside the creative team to brainstorm ideas Developing concepts and designs for different platforms Design the social media, websites, internal and external communications Establishing brand guidelines and ensuring brand consistency Working with external suppliers to create visuals Working with the creative team to ensure deadlines are met Maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy Managing the production of marketing materials

Technical Skills: Graphic Design degree or equivalent Expert with Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Knowledge of After Effects/simple motion graphics is desirable Knowledge or previous experience in Figma/Sketch is desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
