About This Opportunity:
As the Head of UX at Wallarm, you will provide overall leadership and strategy for the user experience of our product. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on delivering cutting-edge security solutions to a global client base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the overall UX strategy, design for product-led growth, drive execution, and measure success.
Responsibilities:

Own the overall user experience for Wallarm’s API security platform, in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Conduct user and market research to identify opportunities for product-led growth and inform decision-making.

Design fresh and engaging experiences for cybersecurity users.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and requirements.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.

Lead usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on deeply technical products.

Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes.

Experience with Appsec/Product Security/WAAP/API Security is highly desirable.

Proficiency with Figma.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of the DevOps tool market and experience building successful DevOps/Security tools.

Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Graduate degree in design or related field.
