About This Opportunity:

As the Head of UX at Wallarm, you will provide overall leadership and strategy for the user experience of our product. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on delivering cutting-edge security solutions to a global client base. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the overall UX strategy, design for product-led growth, drive execution, and measure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall user experience for Wallarm’s API security platform, in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Conduct user and market research to identify opportunities for product-led growth and inform decision-making.

  • Design fresh and engaging experiences for cybersecurity users.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.

  • Lead usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on deeply technical products.

  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes.

  • Experience with Appsec/Product Security/WAAP/API Security is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency with Figma.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of the DevOps tool market and experience building successful DevOps/Security tools.

  • Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Graduate degree in design or related field.
